Reservation Policy for Bartwal Guest House

1. Check-In and Check-Out Timings

• Check-In Time: 12 p.m.

• Check-Out Time: 11 a.m. If these timings are unsuitable for your plans, please inform us in advance. Room allotments may be arranged based on availability and are subject to additional charges.

2. Valid Identification

Please carry a valid government-issued photo identity and address proof for the Check-In process. Note that PAN cards are not accepted as valid identity cards.

3. Credit/Debit Card Policy

If you have booked with us using a credit or debit card, the cardholder must be one of the travelers.

4. Reservation Changes and Cancellation

• Cancellation or alterations to bookings are entertained with prior notice of at least one week before your Check-In date.

• Reservation must be cancelled before 8 days from the date of arrival for free cancellations.

• Reservations canceled within 7 days of the arrival date will incur a 30% cancellation fee.

• If you are eligible for a refund, your refund will be processed within 7 working days.

5. Rights to Cancel or Modify

Bartwal Guest House reserves the right to cancel or modify reservations if:

• Fraudulent or inappropriate activity is suspected.

• The reservation appears to result from an error or mistake.

6. Breakfast Timings

• Breakfast Hours: 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
  Requests for breakfast outside these hours will incur additional charges.

7. Amendment Policy

• Any amendments to reservations will be treated as cancellations.

• Refund processing may take up to 7 working days.
